dude your half way to your goal... you are going to win the long term bet(man I wanted to win)...I wish I had the type of motivation you have for working out but I look at it as a task and not something I look forward to doing...I need to change that type of thinking and get on steven seagal's level...cuz im out for justice
i heard your down to 165lbs. and that you have a sever body image problem.
you must be lifting pretty heavy to lose that much weight. or so i assume because, as we all know, heavy lifting is the best, no, the only way to loose fat. all that cardio you been doing mustve really held your back progress
and as far as lifting goes ... get back to me i dont no if u either wana Bulk Upp or cut down and jus get summer ready leme no den i can help u out further
heyy dude i have seen ur comment ur in my body group ... who cares about body weight at this point try to concentrate on moderate carb intake and high protein intake ... concentrate on / Whey protein shakes / chicken / fish / turkey / steak / eggs / egg whites / skim milk / whole wheat breads and pasta/ vegies / and pound bak a big glass of cold water every 2.5-3 hours and u will be fine
