My training is going good too, train each body part per week, and able to lift heavier... yeah. But it is so hard to pack on muscle, for me. Sigh.

Waddup, I been doing the rippetoa, and some of the workout u gave me. pretty good. I start seen a different on my chest already. I still have to juice up to get some result. But is all good

I went from 137 @ 96 to 180 by '01, then cut BF% for a while, up near 180 again with lower BF%

Thanks man. I am so jealous of people with good genetics and fast metabolism. Good on u. What is ur supplement? The one thing that bothers me is I always dont have enough energy to lift, is that because I am lifting at 6pm? I think I dont eat enough tho.

Wow.. u dont do abs? Unbelievable. I should really try rippetoe. About the bench, I only do dumbbell, just because I feel barbell is dangerous. Is that ok? How is ur diet? lots of meat?

My main focus is my chest and arms. I had try bench press for a while but it seen it don't do to much for me. Hopefully with the Protein I can get some changes. I got 5 months before going back and want to surprise the Old lady. Well thanks for the tips. "Stay Strong"

My routine is Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms, 5 days a week. The problem is I can't lift heavy enough, so thinking to try rippetoe. How's ur slight rippetoe routine like?
