I been doing the rippetoa, and some of the workout u gave me. pretty good. I start seen a different on my chest already. I still have to juice up to get some result. But is all good

The one thing that bothers me is I always dont have enough energy to lift, is that because I am lifting at 6pm? I think I dont eat enough tho.

My main focus is my chest and arms. I had try bench press for a while but it seen it don't do to much for me. Hopefully with the Protein I can get some changes. I got 5 months before going back and want to surprise the Old lady. Well thanks for the tips. "Stay Strong"
