Background

When I Started: Apr 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I have worked out on and off most of my adult life. I began to become serious after a relationship breakup that involved a drug addiction recovery.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love how I look, feel, and the amount of energy I have. I can keep up with my kids and thats a good feeling.
