I'm no bodybuilder. I am a diabetic and do fitness/cardio for general health. I have so much respect for the sport though. I only wish I could attain the levels of you guys. After a really bad car accident, and maybe a total of a dozen operations, I work out about 5 days a week. Look at least normal now and try to keep improving.
Why I Love It:
Following a work out, my blood sugar is great (and I feel less guilty about those numbers that I usually have to keep down with the medicines).
How I Stay Motivated:
Just seeing/reading this site keeps me motivated. The transformations are the best. I always feel so happy for these men and women that have turned it around and become fitness experts. Gives me hope. :)
HHAHAHAHA!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART MAN!!
COMING FROM YOU IS MORE THAN WHAT I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR MY BROTHER.
I WILL KEEP GOING AND AGAIN.. THANK YOU WITH ALL I AM. I KNOW THAT IT'S NOT MUCH BUT IT'S ALL I HAVE!! THANK YOU, YOU HUMBLE ME.
Thank you, man! You are amazing for working out and putting out your best! That's really inspiring! All the best - and most importantly - keep enjoying your workouts!!
Steve, really appreciate it. Think I am half way there and reading your profile really can understand the whole diabetes thing, runs in my family and seen 1st hand the consequances.
