A typical reverse-anorexic.
I am the type to hit ups as well as downs, I could be so motivated that I would spend 5 hours in the gym yet other times not even be bothered to get out of bed. The way in which I have been able to keep up my regime is through visualisation and ultimately envy, I try to visualise how I would feel and what I would look like years from now if I manage to stick to my program. To look at various professional athletes and bodybuilders alike with admiration and slight jealousy works in making me want to push my body to it's limits and further.
A great deal of the success behind all bodybuilders is their psychological urge to better themselves, some take it to the extreme and others lack the drive to be what they utimately want to be.
I believe that I have found my own internal motivation and wish for this to keep propelling me forward surpassing my peers and reaching a level at which I currently could only dream about.
