I have always been involved in athletics. But I first got interested in lifting weights and body building when I was a little tyke and picked up my first M&F magazine.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy going to the gym and working up a sweat, as a sort of release from the daily struggles and stress. It's MY time when I'm in there lifting, and it's MY way. I have complete control over all aspects of my training. Routine, Diet, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
The looks the women give me at the gym. I want to achieve the DAMN factor, and hear them say that when I walk into the gym. When you look in the mirror and are satisfied with what you see, then you have lost the battle. There is always something I can be improving on. I strive to be bigger and stronger than the enemy.
BB Accomplishments:
* Nov.2007
-APEX certification
-Gold's Gym Personal Trainer/Nutrition Expert from 2007-May 2008.
It varies on the workout. I sometimes do 8-12, other time 15-20, to failure, and even go as low as 2-5.
