Workout Program:
Sun - Chest and Triceps (mostly bench)
Mon - Coan Deadlifts
Tue - Biceps and Core
Wed - Chest and Triceps (mostly bench)
Thu - Quads (mostly squats)
Fri - Shoulders and Core

Notice both chest and legs are worked twice a week. These are most important to work for a powerlifter. Back is worked during the Coan deadlift routine on Mondays.
