Goals: Reach 15 Pull Ups In One Set Bench 30kg per Dumb bells on Incline Perform 10 Parallel Bar Dips with 25kg Weight Obtain the V cut abdominals Lift 50kg on Military Press (Standing) (All short term goals - Im relatively new)

My goal is unfortunatley a cheesy one - to simpy better myself. I want the V cut abs, the V shapred torso and the strong legs and back. In order to do so, I have to start from the very bottom and work my way up!
