Have 2 set workouts which I alternate e.g. Monday - Workout A, Wednesday Workout B Friday Workout. Next Week Monday Workout B, Wednesday Workout A etc...

Steve2402 Increase the weight by 2.5kg each week until I hit a plateau, then change up the routine!

My goal is unfortunatley a cheesy one - to simpy better myself. I want the V cut abs, the V shapred torso and the strong legs and back. In order to do so, I have to start from the very bottom and work my way up!
