How I Started:
My dad got me intersted very young. I used to go with him when i was in 6th and 7th grade. I played a ton of sports back in the day so working out really helped me to be more competitive. In high school i started getting more into the gym and it was during this time that i really learned how to lift for size. I was never really big in high school but had a good foundation. When i was in college, i decided to take it a step further and really start to focus on gaining weight and bodybuilding. So far i have put on close to 50 lbs and dont plan on stopping anytime soon ;)
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it, the feeling during and after working out, the confidence it inspires, the way it makes you look, the fact it makes you healthier...everything! I also hate the way i feel when i dont work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Gains in size, strength, going up in weight, and compliments.

24 oz skim milk: 240 cal. (or whole)
3 scoops protein: 345 cal (casein is slower digesting, whey is quick absorption...so use you best judgement)
1 tbsp flax oil: 110 cal
1 cup oats: 300 cal (if you grind these up in a coffee grinder then they will mix much better in the shake!)

Hey Steve hope things are going well for you in the army! I have made great progress in training and seeing awesome results! My weight is down from 243 now to 220. Josh is having me do a lot of endurance building rountines. I know being in the army and all is tough for you but hang in there buddy you will make it! Thanks for serving our country! -Steve H.
