Background
I've always enjoyed sport and I used to horse ride frequently before I got injured and developed tendonitis that stayed with me for over a year. Since then I became quite insecure about not just my appearance, but my lack of strength and endurance too.My brother introduced me to BodyBuilding.com as he had achieved great results and after checking it out I'm now fixed! Finally I have found a place with everything we need to know about achieving our goals and I don't feel like I'm doing this just for myself, but so everyone who happens to stumble upon my Bodyspace will make me more willing to put in 100% effort! xox
There are many things to love, - Learning along the way - Feeling the ache in your muscles that tell you you've worked hard! - Feeling in control - Seeing and feeling physical change - Achieving something every time you hit the gym/streets/etc. - Increasing confidence
