I love the results! The more I learn about the body through my medical school training, the more I realize how important it is to stay fit and healthy! Not only that, but you look hot too!
How I Stay Motivated:
The results and compliments that I receive when I am out and about.
I also would love to compete one day, when medical school is not taking up all of my time, so that I can stay a little more disciplined than I am now.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing as of yet...maybe someday. I would love to model someday.
Drop 10 lbs.!!
I've made great strides with increasing muscle mass, but I have to shed some of cover-up! I can see it under there!
Goal (Long):
School takes up a lot of my time; I constantly have my head in some sort of medical book. It is really hard to eat clean and to stay on a consistent workout plan. I have been trying, and my goal every week is to work out at LEAST 5 days a week. I bounce back into shape pretty quickly, so that I am not worried about. My long-term goals are to start modeling and possibly competing someday, but right now school is my number one focus, and I can't be as disciplined as I would like to be.
