Supplements are a great way to fill in the gaps. I am Currently taking some a multivitamin, Gaspari's Myofusion post work out.

I am pretty much following her diet plan, I don't care for eggs so I do turn to alternate foods. I have been consistant 5 or 6 meals every day. I try to be on time and eat every 3 hours, no starch after 7pm.

Ok so I just finished my last training day in week 4 Phase 1, now I have 2 days of rest and relaxation!!!! I'm extremely looking forward to it. I'm feeling a little burnt out, I've been trying to lift heavier and challenge myself but I think its starting to drain me a little. I don't know what I should do with my diet in order to gain more energy. I'm really looking forward to phase II, now begins the cardio. sofunkyitsfresh Thanks for the complement Stephanie. During that one photo I was just taking Glucosamine, a multivitamin, fish oils, cellucor hd (thermogenic), and my proteins. I just added CLA, acetyl l-carnitine, and CoQ10 yesterday. I think what really helped was the fact that I drastically cleaned up my eating habits. Jan 16, 2013 2:22pm
