I am pretty much following her diet plan, I don't care for eggs so I do turn to alternate foods. I have been consistant 5 or 6 meals every day. I try to be on time and eat every 3 hours, no starch after 7pm.
Ok so I just finished my last training day in week 4 Phase 1, now I have 2 days of rest and relaxation!!!! I'm extremely looking forward to it. I'm feeling a little burnt out, I've been trying to lift heavier and challenge myself but I think its starting to drain me a little. I don't know what I should do with my diet in order to gain more energy. I'm really looking forward to phase II, now begins the cardio.
