I recently just noticed I was eating way too much fat in my diet. So today I tried cutting back a little bit and I feel amazing! I have so much more energy, mental focus and my short term memory seemed better today as well. I can't wait to use all this energy towards working out!
It's just fun to do in the mean time, especially if with a good group of friends.
Search "The Guild" on google and watch the episodes (found first season on youtube and 2nd on watchtheguild dot com).
Anyways, I'm taking all of my basics this year and probably next... blah... and I'm going to get into MMA stuff. My 3rd and 4th year will consist of my major and minor (probably minor in a science (environmental or health)) and my major's going to be film/television/radio.
Yeah, I rarely play, but this is like my voyage into the real world... I have nothing to do for 2 months until I start college, so I'm playing it with my friend (who's a year younger) and also a bodybuilder.
Video games in general I rarely play. More of a movie guy anyways.
trust me i thought my metabolism was really fast too. I started taking serious mass 3 times a day with a banana and alot of adams peanut butter, then started creatine with tons of water, and lots of eating like you have been. try this for a month i hope it helps!
That happens to me, but it's usually because of video games. Now, I make myself do the lifting at the same time every day on a schedule and it's a lot easier. Usually it's a phase I go through when I get addicted to a particular game (such as CoD4 or whatever).
haha
peace out
6-8 meals a day 3 hours apart with smaller than a normal meal portion?
That way your body is ALWAYS digesting food, and gets to absorb most of it. Instead of disposing of the abundant leftovers it doesn't need for energy from large meals. (2-3 meals being protein drinks)
Thanks for the "inspirational" man. Good progress. I'm wanting to weight about 145 also.. hopefully by new years. I can break my own record if so.
Keep it up!!!! :]
