They made us lift in track...why lift for track? whocares thats how i got started anyway
Why I Love It:
i really dont like it that much, i just like the respect that comes from most people knowing not to mess with you

haha im the least motivated person youll ever meet..im not sure why im not on my ass all day watching tv and eating hotdogs.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench: 250 max with not spot help. Curl: 120 with 10 reps.
