I found this photo while I was packing my house today (I'm moving house soon). So embarrassed to post but this was my lifestyle for about 5 years, can't believe I wore this. I remember my friend thought it was funny because I looked like a typical "Aussie Bogan" and we would do anything to make each other laugh. Miss her so much but not the lifestyle, that can stay in 2003. Refer to my blog... My fat scar… (this pic was taken in that week)
I was annoyed at how the above pic turned out so took another one today, even managed to get the same pose going lol.

I have been on holidays for 2 weeks with lots of good food/drink, i feel like i have come off track for my goals. I am going to try an change my workouts this week, i am going to have to work very hard to even come close to my goal image I set for April.

So... i didn't quite reach the goal I have set for April, I seem to be going up and down all the time. New goal image set for September... I hope to be half way there by the end of June. I am thinking of getting a personal trainer to help me stay more focused and stop the ups and downs... if anyone has advice please let me know...

Haha, I thought I'd take a pic of my terrible shirt. Its to deter the trainers at the gym trying to sell me stuff, I hate to be interrupted during my workout. It seems to be doing the job lol. Thought I better try and include some arms in the pic as I plan to build these some more so need a pic of my little arms for the record.

I have taken pics in different lighting. You can see a lot more definition in the brighter pic. I still need to stop moving so much so it's not as blurry. I feel like I am making some progress here.

I had to be quite creative to take this one myself. I trained my legs today, my legs are the hardest body part for me to train and my butt seems to be the first place fat stores and the last place fat leaves. 4 weeks until vacation, my abs are coming along, now to tone this butt!

A pic from the front and slight side. The pics from the side look better but the front pic is what i see when i look in the mirror. My waist is small, so that is good but I hate the width of my hips and thighs. Like most women this part of my body holds the most fat.

This was taken after 2 weeks of vacation, the day and night before was spent at the beach and bar drinking cocktails and eating really fatty food. I was really surprised I managed to look this lean the next morning.

Strange, this was taken a few minutes after the pic in the same lighting but for some reason its all smokey. Maybe I was so hot that I was steaming up the mirror, LOL.
