Why I Love It:
I love doing cardio most because its the only time my body can keep up with my racing mind lol. Like the weights too although I'm not as good at it yet.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just doing it all for me for a change and not for what other people want and expect of me. My boyfriend pushs me to keep going even when I think I've had enough and it gets me through.

Goal (Long):
I want to build my shoulders, back, arms, bring out my abs and define my glutes. I have a small build and it wouldn't look right for me to get massive so I'm not looking to put on mass size. I just want to be strong, fit and have a proportioned body for my build. Going to the gym is an outlet for me, I'm never going to be able to lift massive weight but I will lift what I can and do it properly.

I wanted to stop by and write this today as I've just got back from a hiking trip and I want to write how I feel while this is still fresh in my mind. I went hiking in Tasmania on the Overland Track, I did this over 5 nights and 6 days and did the side trips up the mountains and to the lakes...
I'm doing well thanks for asking. great to hear from u. u look great! what kind of leg excercises do u do? U should try different angles(toes in, toes out and neutral) in whatever excercises u do. I took two months to gain weight and tommorow is going to be my first day back and i have to start prepping for my 3 contests this year. Your butt looks great from the pics. u should be proud of it. but if u want to improve it god bless u. hope to here from u soon. take care and keep training hard.
