Ew Soy protein! Stuff makes me gag. Only vegan option I have is hemp protien. Rice protein tastes like flour lol.

They are bland because there isn't any extra salt. Which is good. The beans are also easier to mix in different recipes. By the way I have a focus and I couldn't imagine a bodybuilder fitting in there!

My training, unlike yours, is at a stand still. It doesn't help that my gym is closed during this long weekend.

I know, I know, the gym should be a big priority. I need a good kick in the but once in a while. I hate that I put it off this week, because now it's the weekend and the gym is closed. Hope your shoulders are still getting stronger!

Haha that bluetooth thing is hilarious! I would never trust that. If something like that somehow was invented to accurately work it would be amazing. I think it would also make people lazier. There is a sort of discipline involved with planning a weeks worth of meals.

Veganism has been on my mind for the past 2 months. Its tougher to eat vegan and still eat clean while living in dorms so during break I experimented with foods I liked and brought tons back2 school. I do it for ethical reasons. I am fortunate to live in a small town where I know the farmer and see the animals I will be eating. They're humanely raised, graze the land + are slaughtered as nicely as can be expected. I allow animal products in my diet from that farm in my town.
