How I Started:
I did light exercises once or twice a week, almost never with weigths for about a year to loose the love handles. Recently I read Jillian Micheals "Making the Cut" and it inspired me. I have since moved onto programs from NROL4W and featured on Musclewithattitude.com
Why I Love It:
I love te sweaty exauhsted/happy feeling that comes with an intense 40 minute circuit training session.
How I Stay Motivated:
I actually read alot. If im not training hard or eating right, then im learning about training harder and eating right.

Stephanie, you have a very thorough understanding and awareness of not just looking fit but of being healthy as well. It is not often people equate the two as being integral to each other but you obviously do! Keep on track with your fitness and the sport science. You will do extremely well!
Consistency is a tough one - do you keep a journal or workout plan? I find that when I work up a workout schedule and keep to it, it helps with the consistency...of course, if your schedule is the culprit, you might be screwed! ;D
