How I Started: I've always had an interest in weight training. I decided that I wanted the body that I saw on the females in the fitness magazine after having 2 babies.
Why I Love It: It is something I look forward to during the week and it gives me energy!It makes me feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay focused on the body that I want to have. I look at pics of women that I want to look like. I take my agression out at the gym. That's motivation!
