yup true true.... always knew that just had a browse on bodybuilding.com and read article about abs. think that with abs it comes down to correct exercise and diet.... wish I could do those as easily as said

Good stuff, I train my abs with high intensity as well but motivation isn't always there especially because I do them after I do everything else. ( been told they best to do at the start of a workout)

Hey steve, I got my RFL for the army coming up in 10 days, if I don't make it I am not going to get in. I am off from working till then. Any advice to drop some weight and get my respiration up apart from just running, going gym and eating clean?
