How I Started:
Lost my driver license and had to cycle to work and back approx 16k's each way. I realized how unfit I was especially being a smoker. I have been smoking for 4 years and doing nothing for myself physically. Since biking I started feeling really good about doing some exercise and I also started running, doing push-ups, sit-ups etc. Now I would like to get fit to join the army and to continue growing physically and mentally as a person and to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I never knew working out can make one feel so good. I feel like I appreciate myself more and have more self respect. I am doing my body a favor and it makes me feel better about myself. Starting to take a liking to the pain and intensity and there is no feeling like conquering what seems to be too much or too hard and getting out the other side saying "That felt god damn good, if I wasn't so tired id do it again!" ( and if you can do it )
How I Stay Motivated:
Life is psychological and there are many undiscovered mysteries to why we do and don't do things, as for staying motivated, saying to yourself just do it & doing it will bring you success and results... I don't want to remain the way I am and telling myself to just keep doing it keeps me motivated because if I don't I wont get anywhere.

i dont know bro..just hang in there, up your water intake for 4 days, 2 gallons per day, then cut it down to 1/2 the day before..this will make you drop water weight..
