me back when I was in bad shape....The day I joined my gym. I had actually lost like 25 lbs or so here from my starting weight. So I was really bad before this! lol
My goal is to become lean and fairly muscular. I want an athletic physique and a six pack!
Goal (Long):
I have gone from 265 lbs to 202 lbs in 6 months. I want to lose another 20 lbs of fat and gain a good amount of muscle. I want a lean athletic built that help me surf better and be better prepared for camping and outdoor sports.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
11%
