Lift BIG, to represent the United States in the Olympic Games in 2012 for freestyle wrestling.
Goal (Long):
To win an Olympic Gold Medal for the United States. To weigh 260 lbs and have as much muscle as possible. To improve my stand up and ground fighting as much as possible over the next 4 years. To gain a functional look to my body with the right combination of lifting,cardio and nutrition for a world class preformance.

Yeah, I've been doing an hour every workout. I cut back on the weights a bit to focus more on cardio. I'm too old to weigh 340. Plus I was getting too damn sore from lifting heavy.
