Frenzy ! I'm sick as a dog right now. Haven't worked out in like 3 weeks. Had to go to Iowa for a week then to Wv and Ky for a week. Had no time to work out then I got sick. Hoping to get back at it next week.

Yeah, I've been doing an hour every workout. I cut back on the weights a bit to focus more on cardio. I'm too old to weigh 340. Plus I was getting too damn sore from lifting heavy.
