When I Started:
Oct, 2008
How I Started:
I've always been skinny my whole life. I got all the usual taunts and jokes that all skinny people get. Since i was 16 i stopped putting weight and was/am a pathetic 126pounds. When i turned 21 enough was enough and i decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel good inside and out. When i start making the gains that i want I'm hoping it will make me more confident and people will notice.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading the articles on bodybuilding.com and transformations of the week. When putting on weight is a necessity motivation comes naturally.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont feel i've made any yet!

Failure is not the worst thing in the world. The very worst is not to try.
Completely transform from being extremely skinny to having muscles.
Goal (Long):
Being called skinny all your life and have people laugh at you when you say your going to put on weight does nothing for your confidence. I want to go from weighing my current pitiful 126pounds to achieving my goal
Well this is the first blog entry. I've jsut started working out, changed my diet and taking supplements to basically transform my body. I'm what you would call extremely skinny. im 6ft exactly, weigh a mere 126pounds and im 21 years old. I've been not been bullied but ive always had some...
nah man, lately ive been so busy with skool and work that it zaps my time, money and energy unfortantely.
How about you hows ur progress, have any pics?

YOU NEED TO EAT.If you look at what you are eating, it's way below what is required. You need to change the habits of a lifetime. Try to snack more often-an extra tuna sandwich a day.If you are like I was, when you don't train you aren't hungry-YOU STILL HAVE TO EAT.Don't worry that you will get fat.Look around you, the average bloke has so much fat they'll be going to Bravissimo for Father's day. This will not happen to you.E-mail me to let me know how you are getting on.Good luck
