Hey whats going on. Where do you work? (noticed your on site gym) If your more interested in fitness (cardio + strength + coordination/balance etc) and all around package, check out crossfit. Check out what a bunch of us are doing here in eugene at ecrossfit.com

Thanks for swinging by the journal. Crossfit is so much fun. Although it may not be best for your goal 'to get big' but it would be the best to turning yourself into a fitness mutant.

Thanks for swinging by the journal - yeah nate is a killer - my muscleups are pretty much a joke right now, killing myself in the transition so I cheat them up after the first one. And I'm not ready for heavy fran for a while - gotta take a couple minutes off my regular fran first!

Thanks for swinging by the blog bro. Nice work. I saw what you wrote about imbalances and injury, and it seems like a lot of the odd 'twinges' I have are on my weaker (left) side. i.e. Knee, hammy, shoulder. What do you do to balance out your body?

Thanks for swingng by the space, journal and checking out the videos. I love what you got going in your journal as well - Keep me posted on what your doing and when you break your times. Sometimes I get busy so don't forget to remind me when you get a big lift up or crush a new time.
