Ok, this was more than a year ago when I hired a personal trainer. It really worked but I allowed my job to dominate my life which caused me to gain more weight....now it's time to regain control

First time I've taken a completely shirtless pic. My goal is to tighten up the middle, improve my biceps and lower pec sweep.

OK, I hate this picture but it is very therapeutic for me to upload it and then continue to upload pictures as I progress...I hate my arms, chest and stomach in this picture...this is the beginning of working on a new me! :o)

My arms are increasing in size but not definition. I blame myself becuase I'm not remaining consistent with this demanding travel schedule.
