"To lose fat and gain lean muscle. Need to drop about 20 lbs maybe 15, I don't want to be too skinny."

Nice!! I hit legs yesterday but couldn't hit them as hard as I wanted becuase I'm letting an injury heal.

LOL!! It's going good but I finally have to accept the fact that I need to write down what Iplan to eat and what I eat in order to stick to clean eating. Plus I need to write out my workout plan the night before. Getting ready to take a trip then when I'm back it's on!! Stay motivated and focused my friend!

That's good!! I'm sure you will do well and make it to your target goal in time. I will try the Lipolyze out to see if it works for me. I'm doing good, working o ut more. I'm holding off from adding new pics for a couple of months so that I can see some major changes. Still got to do better on this diet though. LOL
