My younger brother started working out on my gym equipment and he made major transformations.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, the mental state it puts you in and I'm truly amazed how the body can transform.
How I Stay Motivated:
This site, magazines and seeing anyone workout be it weight lifting, running, really any physical activity

None to speak of as of yet...well last year I reached some goals but they slipped away because I'm so ambitious with work but I need to apply that same ambition to my health as well.

Ok, this was more than a year ago when I hired a personal trainer. It really worked but I allowed my job to dominate my life which caused me to gain more weight....now it's time to regain control
First time I've taken a completely shirtless pic. My goal is to tighten up the middle, improve my biceps and lower pec sweep.

Man, my workouts are much better and I am really motivated about the "Future Me" but I think I suck on my diet.  I'm off this week and hoping this will allow me to refocus and get this diet thing down.  I'm taking "Halo", which I really love but I have to do like...

I feel you there...I normally plan my meal out the night before. i bring my lunch to work everyday so whatever i make the night before is what i have for lunch....i have a protein shake in the morn around 7...breakfast is normally boiled eggs,oatmeal/cream of wheat, and a yougurt....i try to keep it simple
