How I Started:
I started when I was 14 on the famous "Total Gym". Looking at other people in shape and wanted to be like them.
Why I Love It:
It's something that I've acquired into my life style and I enjoy how I feel after lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror. If I don't like what I see I work harder. If I do like what I see I still work hard.

I finally got a gym membership and have been lifting there for about a month now. 24/7, convenient and close near my home, but It's a small gym. Lacks a lot of machines and weights. May possibly switch to another gym in the future, but I have to say it's a lot better than my home gym by...
