How I Started:
I'd always wanted to start working out and bettering myself but couldn't afford the upfront fees to join a gym. I managed to gain my membership as a gift and have been using it ever since. Been really serious about it since June 2006
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better about myself as a male. I can see myself improving and revel in meeting my goals and feeling attractive to myself and others. Eating clean has also been a welcome change for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
1. Remembering where I came from.
2. Seeing where I can go.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major I guess. Seeing the line between my abs is a great start!

Been working out for a number of months but this pic was taken when I decided to step it up a notch to really change myself. Very casual and as you can see I was gaining a tad of a belly. Heading into my 30s and want to take care of myself.
My main goal at the moment is to gain weight and muscle. Weight has been my issue and thus a priority now.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able see definition in every muscle I have. I don't want to be huge but be nice and lean with a body that can fill out my clothes. I want to be proud of myself and my body. Gaining some extra strength despite my size would be great as well.
I also want to hit about 125lbs as that is about my mid-range ideal weight.
Let me tell you today has been an odd day but I won't get into that because it involves just a tad bit of family drama and I'm sure you all don't want to hear about it either.
I know, it's been a while since you've heard from me in the blog and believe me I haven't given up on the...
