Background
I've wanted to start working out in order to gain confidence and self-esteem alongside the health benefits that go along with it. I was really serious throughout 2007-2009 but ended up having a big life change in 2009 that ended up with me moving from Knoxville to the Nashville area and fell behind in my training until now. I've found a new gym and am hoping to get back into the mix ^^
Simply put, it makes me feel better about myself and gives me something to focus on and drives toward. I can see myself improving and revel in meeting my goals and feeling attractive to myself and others. Eating clean has also been a welcome change for me.
