How I Started:
I had started working out when I was much younger being a fat kid. By the time Highschool rolled around I was lifting for football. Finally this January I got really into it and now I can't stop.
Why I Love It:
BECAUSE I WANT TO GET JACKED.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love hitting the weights so its not a prob, but also I want to become the most physically fit I can be, strength, speed, endurance TRIPLE THREAT: THE JUGGERBEAST.
BB Accomplishments:
was 175 lbs last year after a strict cutting of 90 lbs over a year, the unhealthy loss left me weak and small. Since then I got up to around 220 lbs without working out much (and it showed) so I cut 20 lbs of fat and then hit the weights, now I'm a lean 212 and plan on getting bigger, more defined, and better overall.
This was just before my first cycle using mass tabs. Had been using creatine/gakic as a stack for about 2 months beforehand, hitting the gym real hard 3+ days a week.
I want to be 220lbs with body fat in the single digits.
Goal (Long):
At the end of this summer I hit a bit of a depression, gave up on everything and began a cycle of self destruction. I was finally able to come out of this cycle with the help of Iron. Hitting the gym has become an obsession, and literally saved my life. Now all I am consumed by is physically becoming the best that I can be.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
