I first started out running and eating healthier in April 2008. Then I added in circuit training in September 2008. I am done with my first two rounds of P90X and have started a third round.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself and doing more reps/using more weight. I also love to sweat.
How I Stay Motivated:
By the results I see over time in my body and by my reps/weight increasing.
BB Accomplishments:
-Losing 5% body fat
-Completing 180 days of P90X
Pushups progress since starting P90X:
June 29th 2009: 7 Pushups
July 6th 2009: 12 Pushups
July 13th 2009: 15 Pushups
August 10th 2009: 18 Pushups
August 17th 2009: 21 Pushups
August 30th 2009: 28 Pushups
September 6th 2009: 32 Pushups
September 13th 2009: 36 Pushups
October 25th 2009: 40 Pushups
November 8th 2009: 43 Pushups

yea thats why i want the lean one im a fitness competitor & a personal trainer i know what it takes & i dont hve alot of weight to lose i just wanted something to switch it up a little i already lift weights 6 days a week
**** i dont even know the difference. i just like at home vids for when i cant get to the gym & so i have no excuses. its expensive for my taste & i wish u could probly buy em separately but ill probly get it off ebay lol
