I ran all through high school, and I'm trying to get back to how I used to feel.
Why I Love It:
Why do people assume that when people work out it's because they love it? I hate working out. The rush afterwards is great, but it's a pain in the ass to get there.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the pants in my closet that I want to fit me. I fit into everything right now that I own, so it's a motivation for me to make them stay that way!
I would like to weigh 120 pounds with 20% body fat by Christmas 2007. I'll be going to the gym at least 5x a week and doing cardio mixed with weight training.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Some days I weigh 123, but I think 125 is more accurate. I have been working pretty hard at the gym, and since adding strength training into my workouts on a daily basis, I have really started to see gains, both in weight loss and in fat loss. ...
It definitely takes time to really establish a routine that one can stick to. But like anything else it will become more natural everyday. Workout for yourself! Enjoy it! Have a great week. :)
