Hi Tiff, you are looking great. I have not left BB.com, I simply choose what I want to respond to more selectivly in the message board because I really don't feel that all good-bad stuff is for everyone. Hi Alex. I do hear that from time to time and cannot really understand why. I'm simply doing what I've always done and I don't see that as being insperational, but thanks anyway. ;)

Hi !! Nope, never had any desire to be a PT. In fact I don't bother to read anyone else's workouts, diets, etc. because as you know it's an individualistic endevour. I'm simply on here for the comradarie, not many lifters my age in my social circle. :D

Thanks for the nice words Capn', but I really don't consider myself a role model. Just a guy that is trying to stay ahead of the ageing process and trying to manage enough strength to do the things I always used to do.
