I work out 5 days per week. I lift 3 days and run the other 2. On the weekend, I will try to go for a walk, jog or hit the trails on my mountanin bike.

When I lost my 22lbs last year I stuck to no carbs after 4pm, so easy and so effective. Like I said before, I'm building now, but I'm really looking forward to leaning out. How long has it taken you to lean? Have you tried any supplements like Lipo6x or Hydroxycut Hardcore?
