I self-motivate. When you think you are working hard enough, somewhere someone is working harder.

finally achieved doing bench press reps at 225 lbs while staying under 180 lbs for body weight

When I lost my 22lbs last year I stuck to no carbs after 4pm, so easy and so effective. Like I said before, I'm building now, but I'm really looking forward to leaning out. How long has it taken you to lean? Have you tried any supplements like Lipo6x or Hydroxycut Hardcore?
