How I Started:
I was motivated to make changes that lead me to live a more healthy life style, by witnessing the transformation of my husband in a relatively short period of time. The death if family members and injuries of loved ones have helped me to realize the importance of living in the moment.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding helps me to achieve personal goals and empowers me to strive for new ones that were once percieved unreachable.
How I Stay Motivated:
The feeling of a great work out fuels my body, mind and soul. Having a supportive partner to encourage and challenge me is key to my success. I love living life instead of watching it pass me by.

If you've ever had the opportunity to spend some time with Rob, you'd know immediately why he stands apart from others. While it is easy to see how beautiful he is on the outside, his personality is even more amazing. The fun he puts into workouts and living a healthy life style makes each and every day great! Through hard work and determination Rob has shown me that life is an adventure and one should not settle for second best! Live the life you love and love the life you live!
