I've always been on and off weight lifting since i was 16. Its time for a change.
Why I Love It:
Makes you more confident, a stress reliever and make you feel better about yourself.

Goal (Long):
I have always been very skinny all my life, i am sick and tired of being skinny, after i reached 150 i felt as if i can do much more, so my goal is to weigh 185+ lbs...I also want to Bench ~200 id be satisfied with 190. I hate my chicken legs that's why in i have set a goal to gain as much possible in 3 Months.
