At first, i didnt need motivation, you look at me the wrong way and that would be my motivation. right now at times i get to gym and i warm up first then i sit for about 10 minutes to cool off and i look at everybody at gym and how they workout says alot about them. the mere thought of pumping iron motivates me. when im lazy, i still to what i have to.

DrLynn Hi! Hope the week has started well for you. I missed a couple of gym days over Christmas but I'm happy to report that I'm back and working hard. Yesterday was leg day. Did lots of jumping squats which I alternated with regular squats...OUCH. Wonder why I'm sore? Lol...I LOVE it! Happy new year to you!! Hope all is going smoothly! Dec 27, 2010 2:59pm
