What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Be consistent with your workouts and your meals. Every workout try to push your body harder rep or weight wise.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I wasn't consistent in going to the gym all the time. I would work out for two months then take four months off. I also kept lifting the same weight every workout and didn't eat right.
yeah it is, i wouldnt know the comparison though, it will get you going, it depends if your used to stimulants and have a strong stomach.
and yo, about the form, it has got a lot better, thanks for pointing out had a look and realized my hands were a lot closer than what i usually do.
As a fellow Canadian and former Manitoba resident I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. I recommend that you combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan as you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program and had great results, you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. Give me a yell if you wish.
