I want to Gain 20 pounds of muscle by New Years. I'm tired of being scrawny.
Goal (Long):
I have always been at my current build and weight ever since High School. I'm 28 now and i'm in need of a change. My health is crap and i'm as weak as ever. By committing to this i hope to change a lot of aspects in my life for the better. Better confidence, determination, strength and health.
Now the next three months are going to be my gauge towards my goal. Currently i weight 160 and i want to push that to 180 by the end of the year.
After that and if i'm happy i will continue on with my progress and preferably push it to 200 by March. So in total of 6 Months i hope to have gained 40lbs of Muscle and have 9% body fat.
