When I Started: Feb, 2008
How I Started: Been studying martial arts since age 8. You need to be strong in my career. Recently had to have major surgery on arm so i couldn't work out for months.
Why I Love It: I'm happiest when i'm in the gym. I love to better myself.
How I Stay Motivated: Having poor self esteem for so long has made me want to be better.
BB Accomplishments: To be the guy on the call everyone else turns to when they need something heavy moved.
