I first became interested when I met an ex bodybuilding competiter and personal trainer called Carol, she had an amazing physique and inspired me to want to change the way I look.
Why I Love It:
i always feel good knowing ive trained as i acheive the goals i have set i know im going to really start to enjoy working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard especially when I don't really see the results I want but but I have to just keep imagining what hard work will get me in the end.
When I look at what other people have achieved with their training it helps me stay positive because I know that one day if I work hard I will be at that level too.
BB Accomplishments:
I've always struggled to lose wieght and still do, I've tried alot of different eating plans and training routines and I am just about to start yet another. But even though I haven't got it right yet a few months ago a friend of mine made a comment about how toned my arms looked and it made me feel really good, so I guess that is my biggest accomplishment.
