When I Started:
Mar, 2005
How I Started:
I was tired of going out with friends and always feeling like the chubby side kick. I haven't really been physically active due to some health issues but decided to bite the bullet and make a choice to improve my self.
Why I Love It:
I like going for the stress release. I focus on my thoughts and what I want to accomplish. It is some really great "me" time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a bit competitive so I use the people around me who are in good shape and use them to set some of my goals and achievements. I don't want to be the chubby side kick any more
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 17 lbs so far and 6 % of body fat. I am starting to get some definition, finally, although I know I have a ways to go.

Thanks, Nick. Yeah, I herniated a disk. I hope to be back at it real soon, but deadlifts and squats are either not in my future or very far ahead in my future. It's cool though. Leg presses and hacksquats will do my legs just fine I'm sure. Thanks for the support, buddy :)
Thank you so much my friend, I'm very happy that I can help encourage! You can overcome anything you put your mind to man just stick to your guns and never take no for an answer no matter how bad you hurt or how bad the diagnosis is because you still have what it takes to win!
Thanks, Nick! Yeah, it's slow and steady, but the fat's comin off :) I'm workin really hard, but not "too" hard since I want to live life as well. I'll get where I ant to be... it'll just take a little longer.
Thanks for the nice comments. Glad I could inspire a little bit. Good luck working out and jumping over those injury hurdles (back, shoulder, etc). Injuries are just that, hurdles or roadblocks. There are always alternate routes over or around them to success.
