Hi Eddie. Yes - that my whole training programme. It has changed somewhat, but it is just that I train some bodypart on different days now. My website will undergo a huge change in the following month. I will add video clips, etc to the training page. We are current shooting it. I will put some on my bodyspace soon.
I throw the javelin, occasionally run the 5k and do the 3k racewalk to try and score some points when the team needs it lol. What weight do you wrestle at?
