considering i'm 2 weeks out still i'm not real concerned with water, bloat, or flatness...and the flash was on in the most recent progress pic...takes away alot of definition...

thanks for the kind words...an yep...4 weeks left...i'm feeling really good actually...i get tired at the end of the day but it isn't that big a deal...i sorta like actually getting tired so i can fall asleep easier instead of forcing myself to bed...but yeah...feel good...

yeah i've been progressing well...but yeah like you said...210 is gonna be tough...but i'm ok with 200...not a bad place for me to start prepping from...and you have a good thanksgiving too

right now i'm doing a pull/push/legs/misc thing...but i also get good results from something like what layne does...an upper/lower/3 body part days
so i switch back and forth between the two
