Squizzzerchanged Weight from 182.2 lbs. to 185.2 lbs., a 3 lb. gain in 15 days
15 weeks in - 2 weeks left...oh my goodness...down 4.4 pounds from last shot..most of that was in week 14 though...week 15 slowed a tad...feelin ok though...need to get better

any of the olympic lifts can be pretty dangerous...or squatting...or benching with an thumbless grip

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
well...i've hurt my back...i was out for about 3 months...i hurt it doing curls...yeah dumb...it still hurts everyday...
i pulled a hammy doing sprints...out for about a month...

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
pushing the limits...if you lift hard...you'll get injured at some point
well...i've been dieting for 13 weeks...i lost 20 pounds...i got stronger....i set pr's in just about everything...except my weak bench...but...it's time for me to get big...and stronger!
I am happy to inform anyone interested that, I now have a 2nd place finish in the UFE Shows event I attended. Due to the winner of the show testing positive for steriod use.
