Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
well...i've hurt my back...i was out for about 3 months...i hurt it doing curls...yeah dumb...it still hurts everyday...
i pulled a hammy doing sprints...out for about a month...

pushing the limits...if you lift hard...you'll get injured at some point
well...i've been dieting for 13 weeks...i lost 20 pounds...i got stronger....i set pr's in just about everything...except my weak bench...but...it's time for me to get big...and stronger!

Slow and steady is right! You're still young for this game, so there's plenty of time. And slow and steady means you can walk around looking great all of the time instead of just the 2 or 3 weeks around a competition or the end of a cut. the way those end-of-April photos look, you're going to have to consider some professional photoshoots sometime soon...
