These last couple weeks, I have been feeling great. Good health is key to growing muscle. My next goal is to grow three to five pounds of muscle over the next few weeks.
Aaaww..you're so sweet! I wish I could have some trail mix...it sounds soooo gooood! My food menu right now is super clean...about 5-6 whole foods basically. I get my protein in and lots of good clean carbs too :0) Hey...did you buy those jammies???
I'll maybe start bulking in the fall. I really just want to lean up this summer. I will start adding more weight later. Are you going to try bulking now. ttyl

Well, the question is, what have you been doing? Just slow heavy workouts, full body compound workouts, power lifting workouts? That would dictate how you should continue to workout and to also maintain any mass you've already gained.
Well if you're resting from heavy lifting, go crazy on food and intense high reps. Might as well hammer the fast twitch seen you've been hammering the slow twitch muscle fibers.
Thanks for the compliments bro :) I definitely plan on accomplishing my chest and delt goal. They're already growing since I'm getting plenty of rest and food.
