Hottie-I-Am hey mr. lean:) JUST complex carbs and fruit I'm counting. veggies are as many as you want, especially spinach and brocolli. for fats, I do 1 tbsp in morning and 1 at night and I really try to limit them, but they might be more helpful for you for building...and protein, I eat 30 grams at every 5 meals of my day. which about works out to what I weigh in grams. hope this helps...you look amazing!
