guest It's something that will never lie to you and will always be consistant in that no outer influences can affect your performance. The 500 lbs is always 500lbs and if you can move that weight with the motor units used in a squat position.. well it's a beautiful thing. You lift for that one minute..but it is that one minute that makes you come back for more each and every time that you step into the gym. Aug 11, 2007 1:25pm
