When I Started:
Dec, 2003
How I Started:
After high school, I decided to start lifting weights so that I could get lean for the summer. After months of training and eating well, I started to notice changes in my muscularity. I decided that I was going to try my hardest to build the best physique that I could.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding takes discipline. I love everything about it. I love the eating well, the training, and especially the results. It keeps me focus in every aspect of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always think about the next competition and the goals that I plan to achieve. I imagine what my physique can look like if I do that one extra rep or if I eat that one extra piece of chicken.
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest bodybuilding accomplishment was getting ready for my first competition. I came up with my diet and training regimen all on my own. Though it wasn't 100% the way I would have liked it to be, I learned many things that helped me out for my later competitions.

It's been a while since I've written any blogs on bodyspace...I figured I'd start off by catching everyone up from where I left off...I took off from competing in 2007 so that I could better my physique and be more competitive for 2008...To my benefit, it paid off!..I did two shows this...
I like to weight train 4 times per week. I do 1-2 body parts per session. Luckily since I am eating really clean right now, I haven't been doing any cardio. My week goes as followed:
Day 1- Chest/Biceps/Forearms
Incline Barbell Press 3X 12,10,8 (185,205,225)
Flat DB press 3X...
